DINNER - 2OZ STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE AND TOMATOE SALAD, 1/4 C BASMATI RICE . . . SNACKS - 5 ARROWROOT COOKIES, 3C POPCORN (AIR POPPED)EXERCISE JOURNAL . . . MORNING - 20 MINUTES TREADMILL (INTERVAL) 4MINUTES PUNCHING BAG, 30 MINUTES BIKE - SPEED 24 (1), 8 MINUTES WEIGHTS (5LBS) 4 SETS 10 . . . EVENING - 20 MINUTES BIKE - SPEED 24 (1)
