TO A NEW BEGINNING . . .

I have not yet been for my physical, something came up and it was postponed . . . unfortunately. Not the end of the world, just a new beginning for me. I now have even more time to get my cholesterol down and that I will do. I am on a new mission to get healthier and live life, it is for this reason that I am ending this blog and moving onto an extension. I have a new motto to follow and that is "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."
