MORNING - 15 MINUTES TREADMILL - SPEED 5, 15 MINUTES AEROBICS, 15 MINUTES MAT WORK, 5 MINUTES STEP, 4 MINUTES WEIGHTS (5LBS) 2 SETS 10 . . .
