SNACKS - GRANOLA BAR . . . EXTRAS - WHOLE GRAIN NACHOS, POPCORN, CHOCOLATE, ARROWROOT COOKIES . . . EXERCISE JOURNAL . . . MORNING - 30 MINUTES BIKE INTERVAL . . . EVENING - NOTHING
