EXTRAS - BANANA . . . EXERCISE JOURNAL . . . MORNING - 30 MINUTES INTERVAL, 10 MINUTES MAT, 30 MINUTES BIKE, 5 MINUTES PUNCHING BAG . . . EVENING - WALK OUTSIDE?
