SNACKS - , GRANOLA BAR, PLAIN YOGURT . . . EXTRAS - POPCORN TWISTS :( . . . EXERCISE JOURNAL . . . MORNING - 10 MINUTES MAT, 60 MINUTES BOUNCE . . . EVENING - 30 MINUTES INTERVAL, 30 MINUTES BIKE, 2 MINUTES PUNCHING BAG . . .
