EXERCISE JOURNAL- MORNING- 40 MINUTES BIKE - SPEED 25 (1), 20 MINUTES WALKING TREADMILL, INTERVAL - 1 MINUTE JOGGING - SPEED 7, RECOVERY - SPEED 3, 4 MINUTES WEIGHTS . . . EVENING-
