SNACKS - , 1/2 APPLE, 1/2 SLICE CHEESE, COLD MINT TEA . . . EXTRAS - ICE CREAM . . . EXERCISE JOURNAL . . . MORNING - 18 MINUTES MAT, 15 MINUTES INTERVAL, 20 MINUTES BIKE - - SPEED 27 (1), 5 MINUTES PUNCHING BAG, 20 MINUTES TREADMILL ELEVATION 2 - SPEED 5 . . . EVENING - WALK TO PARK, PLAY CATCH AND WALK HOME
